Some reviews have already come back as quite positive for the exhibition, “Robert Indiana: Beyond Love” at the Whitney Museum of American Art.  Ken Johnson at the New York Times declares:

It will be a revelation even for viewers who think they know something about Mr. Indiana.”

Ula Ilnytzky’s piece, which was picked up nationally, has a brief interview with Indiana in which he talks about seeing all of his work together in this exhibition:

It’s quite staggering,” Indiana said of the exhibition, which will travel to the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio on Feb. 5. “I can’t believe I did all this work. I should be exhausted, and I am exhausted.
